Day 1 Movement: Do less! Learn the incredible benefits of switching up your workout and exploring simple ways for your body to rest and restore.
Day 2 Nutrition: We’re focusing super simple with one of the most impactful nutrition shifts you can make for big changes to your energy levels.
Day 3 Mindfulness: I’ll be sharing one of my favorite mindfulness practices we will explore together.
Day 4 Nutrition: We’ll revisit nutrition since it is such a big influence on our overall energy and mood. You’ll receive a simple veggie-loaded, kid-approved recipe that’s a tried and true favorite in our home.
Day 5 Gratitude: Learn the phenomenal impact a sense of appreciation has on our holistic health and wellbeing.
