Are you like me and you get stuck in a path of always looking ahead? Focusing on what you’ll appreciate when it comes your way?
How about we flip that script today? Instead I’d like to suggest that if you ground yourself in appreciation for what is right now, in this moment, you’ll not only feel better but call in more of what you’re desiring in your life!
In today’s Mama Soul Care I share one of my favorite appreciation practices I’m doing more of right now. It’s called “rampage on the page” and its all about bathing yourself in appreciation for what you have right now, what is going well, and what you’re grateful for in this moment.
When we give appreciation even in the hard times, it opens your eyes to see how far you’ve come. This simple act will open you up to feeling good again.
