Can cutting out gluten change your mental health?

As a parent raising a child with mental health challenges, I am always seeking ways to help her feel better.

Until recently I fought taking the plunge to become gluten-free, because it felt hard, and honestly I didn’t felt like I was at my breaking point of incorporating new possible solutions.

If this rings true for you, and you’ve been curious about going gluten-free, but fear it’s too hard or it’s not worth it, I hope you’ll tune in for this week’s Mama Soul Care.

I’ll cut to the chase, it’s been a game-changer! Tune in and learn more. If you have questions on how we went gf, please drop them in the comments, I’d love to provide support!

PS: If you’re looking for local community around mental health support, come join us for an OCD walk that Soph and I are organizing for May 7th. Click here to check out all the details to join.
