OCD looks nothing like you think it does

OCD looks nothing like you think it does
Kris Rice

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can feel lonely and isolating, and if my incredible daughter and I have anything to say about it, that won’t continue.

My daughter, Sophia, is one of the bravest humans I know. She has sought mental wellness since she was 2, and spent her life until recently battling undiagnosed OCD.

What I know to be true is OCD never looks like you think it does, so let me share the truth with you today.

PS: If you’re local to Lake Oswego, come join us for an OCD walk that Soph and I are organizing for May 7th. Click here to check out all the details to join.
